These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Finedune Atelier website and participation in classes and workshops. By enrolling or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
Enrollment
- Placement guidance may be required for intermediate or advanced tracks.
- Seats are confirmed upon payment or studio confirmation, whichever applies.
- We may reschedule due to instructor illness, equipment maintenance, or safety issues.
Payments
- Tuition is listed in USD and due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.
- Third-party payment processors handle card data; we do not store card numbers.
- Taxes: educational services are typically tax-exempt; if tax applies, it will be shown at checkout.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before start.
- Within 7 days, a studio credit may be issued if your seat is filled from the waitlist.
- No-shows are not refundable. Workshops are non-transferable once started.
Code of Conduct and Safety
- Respect instructors, peers, and shared tools.
- Follow kiln and glaze lab safety instructions at all times.
- Closed-toe shoes are required in the studio.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, and documentation are owned by Finedune Atelier and licensed for personal learning use only. You own the works you create in class.
Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finedune Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service causing the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date.
